AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO RESOLUTION NO. 122-01
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR
EMPLOYEES OF THE GENERAL SUPERVISORY, POLICE
SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT UNITS AND
ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND RELATED
BENEFITS FOR PARK CONSTRUCTION & FACILITIES
PLANNER
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 122-01 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the General Supervisory Unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 122-01 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No.122-01 is hereby amended by adding the following class
title to the General Supervisory Unit:
59800 C PARK CONSTRUCTION & FACILITIES PLANNER
29.257 30.721 32.258 33.870 35.563
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by
