AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
16.20.100 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
STATEMENT OF CITY SURVEYOR
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 16.20.100 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code
related to signatures on tract maps is hereby amended to read as
follows:
16.20.100 Statement of city surveyor.

A statement by the city surveyor is required on the
tract map. He shall state that:
A. He has examined the map;
The subdivision as shown is substantially the
same as it appears on the tentative map, and
any approved alterations thereof;
Co
All provisions of the Map Act and this title
applicable at the time of approval of the
tentative map have been complied with;
D. He is satisfied that the map is technically
correct.
All such statements shall be dated."
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with
provisions of the Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become
effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
passage.
