Inspection Report Dear Mr. Gardner:
The intent of this letter is to respond to the items you noted on your Inspection Report issued to the
location referenced above dated 4/08/15.
Item 1: During your inspection you determined the site map in CERS needed to be updated.
Resolution 1: The Site map was updated, uploaded, and submitted via CERS.
Item 2: During your inspection you determined the Underground Storage Tank (UST) manufacturer was
not Bakersfield as identified in CERS, You advised the site to make correction(s) in CERS. Resolution 2: The manufacturer of the Underground Storage Tanks (UST’s) was not discoverable and is
now identified as “unknown” in CERS.
This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time. The submittal of this response by 7-
Eleven, Inc. shall not constitute, nor be deemed to constitute, an admission of liability or responsibility
with respect to the alleged violations and, in addition, evidence of this settlement may not be used in any administrative or judicial proceeding or otherwise.
