AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
14.04.110 G. OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
RESTORATION-RECONNECTION CHARGE FOR
WATER SERVICE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 14.04.110 G is hereby amended to read as follows:
Restoration-Reconnection Charqe. When water service has
been discontinued for non-compliance with a section of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code, a restoration-reconnection fee
will be assessed. The amount shall be established by
executive order under Chapter 3.70 of the Bakersfield
Municipal Code.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be posted in accordance with the
Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty
days from and after the date of its passage.
