STANDARD NOTES 1. GENERAL CONTRACTOR WILL FURNISH ALL MATERIALS, TOOLS, LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY TO COMPLETE INSTALLATION. CONTRACTOR TO CALL FOR USA LOCATE AND POTHOLE ALL MARKED UTILITIES THAT CROSS OR ARE WITHIN 5' HORIZONTAL DISTANCE OF SEWER AND STORM DRAIN LINES.
