AMENDMENT NO. I TO RESOLUTION NO. 046-02
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE BLUE AND WHITE COLLAR
UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND
RELATED BENEFITS FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT LAB TECHNICIAN
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 046-02 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Blue and White Collar Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended by deleting the following
class title from the Blue Collar Unit:
14360
A Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab Technician & Operator
17.110 17.966 18.864 19.804 20.798
2. Resolution No. 046-02 is hereby amended by adding the following
class title to the Blue Collar Unit:
14360
Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab Technician
