31, 2002 in the amount of $62,395.13.
Economic and Community Development
Department Projects Update.
Agreement with Keyser Marston Associates, Inc.
to prepare a Community Strategic Plan for
Southeast Bakersfield neighborhood for $76,000.
(Ward 1 )
Appropriate $76,000 Fund Balance to the
Southeast Project Area, Operation Fund.
Motion by Raphael, seconded by Schroeder, to
adopt Consent Calendar Items a. through c.
with separate consideration of Item d.

William Lee owner of the Chaparral Inn,
333 Union Avenue totaling $177,500 for
demolition costs for the removal of
substandard vacant structures.

Agreement between Bakersfield
Redevelopment Agency and the City of
Bakersfield to reimburse for the demolition
of 333 Union Avenue from the Southeast
Bakersfield Capital Improvement budget
totaling $177,500.
Donna Kunz, Economic Development Director,
gave a status report and answered questions.
