HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD NO 3669ORDINANCE NO. 3 6 6 9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.70.040 OF THE BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE REVISING THE PERCENTAGE OF COST RECOVERY FOR SERVICE CENTERS WITHIN THE REDEVELOPMENT/COST COMPARISON SYSTEM. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as fbllows: SECTION 1. follows: Section 3.70.040 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as 3.70.040 Schedule of fees and char~es. A. (2) These service centers have fixed fees set by legislation. (3) These service centers may be set by executive order without a public hearing. (4) These service centers require assessment district formation. B. The hereinabove services as listed in this section shall be as defined in that certain document entitled "Cost Control System for the City of Bakersfield," dated April 16, 1986, as produced by Management Services Institute, Incorporated, of Anaheim, California, and by action of the City Council. 5 C. The City Manager may vary the review schedule listed in this section if, in the judgment of the City Manager, a gross inequity would result by not revising the rate schedule. Any such rate revision which deviates from the review schedule as set herein shall be reported to the City Council at its next succeeding meeting, SECTION 2.
