1. Congratulations to the folks in Solid Waste and at our Greenwaste F<
Califomia Resource Recovery Agency awarded our Greenwaste Facili
Outstanding Organics Program award. We will receive the award at the C
conference in August.
2. Construction has begun for Phase I of the Baker Street Village Project. Pha;
twenty-four town homes and 9,000 square feet of commercial space along I
with thirteen loft units on the upper floors. An eleven month construction
anticipated. A photo of the progress is enclosed.
3. Please don't forget the Chamber-sponsored "State of the City" luncheon fc
Tuesday at the Holiday Inn Select Convention Center. Speakers include
Donna Kunz, Ron Fraze and myself.
4. Other than the State of the City, I am on vacation next week. John Stins�
charge.
5. The Streets Division work schedule for the week of July 7th is enclosed.
