AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO RESOLUTION NO. 079 -13
APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE BLUE AND WHITE COLLAR
UNITS AND ADOPTING SALARY SCHEDULE AND
RELATED BENEFITS FOR SENIOR WASTEWATER
TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR AND MARKETING
AND EVENTS SPECIALIST
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 079 -13 sets salaries and related benefits for
employees of the Blue and White Collar Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that effective immediately following Council action, the Salary Schedule, a
part of the Resolution No. 079 -13 is hereby amended as follows:
1. Resolution No. 079 -13 is hereby amended by adding the following
class title to the White Collar Unit:

27.145
SENIOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR
28.508 29.930 31.430 32.996
2. Resolution No. 079 -13 is hereby amended by revising the salary of
following class title in the White Collar Unit:
25010 A MARKETING AND EVENTS SPECIALIST
25.639 26.921 28.258 29.667 31.158
