A Risk Management Plan (RMP) has been prepared by Argo
Chemical, Inc., Bear Mountain Limited, Crystal Geyser Water
Company, General Mills- Bakersfield, Kern Ice and Cold Storage,
Nestle Ice Cream Company, Pacific Wood Preserving of
Bakersfield, Inc., and United States Cold Storage Bakersfield.
The RMP describes programs and controls designed to prevent
accidental releases of certain regulated substances. The RMP will
be available for public review for the next 45 days at the
Bakersfield Fire Department, Prevention Services Division, 900
Truxtun Ave., Suite 210, Bakersfield, CA 93301. Contact
Howard H. Wines, III for information regarding the RMP.
