Prevention Program (CalA.RP) inspection.
Specialist Perkins:
Please consider this our written response to your inspection document dated December 10, 2009.
The missing electrical cover on the ceiling of this office has been replaced.
A 4 -plug receptacle has been installed and the surge protectors are plugged separately.
All emergency lighting is in working order throughout the facility.
We have last updated our RMP July 2008 and our 3 year update is due July 2011.
There is a Certification Statement in place in the RM P.
All MSDS books are updated as changes occur. Annual training is done on the MSDS usage.
All maintenance personnel now carry radios for daily and emergency communications.
As far as the Mechanical Integrity program which was a requirement for a Program 3 facility, we
are looking into this for our facility although our facility falls under the Program 2 guidelines.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 661 - 323 -6296.
