I was out of town last week so sorry about the late response.
With respect to the 4 items of concern on page 2, you should be able to complete these within a 90 day period, if that
works for you.
The mechanical Integrity program is a recommendation but a good idea. So if you choose to complete this it would be
acceptable during your next annual review to have completed.
If you have any questions feel free to give me a call. Oh by the way I went to Smart and Final and purchase some of your
juice products the same day I inspected your facility.
