Ammonia system wired to outside source in case of emergency on weekends or holidays. This issue has been addressed, our in house automatic dialer will notify plant management Personnel in the event that any of our Manning Ammonia Sensors are activated. 2. The label on the laser gas cyclinder has been put on cylinder and vendor notified will not except cyclinders that are not marked. 3. Maintenance shop Ere extinguisher has been serviced on 3/9/06. 4. The missing gauge will be installed on 3115106 on the Ammonia Dump Station. 5. Our automatic dialer is already wired for the Ph meter for the wastewater system..
