This same regulation requires businesses to review the business plan
Submitted to determine if revisions are needed and to certify to the
administering agencies that the review was made and that any necessary
changes were made to the plan. As a reminder, you are required to
notify your administering agency wit"hin 30 days of any changes"
including: increase of a hazardous material, handling of a new
hazardous materialr change in business ownershipr change in
business address, or change of business name.
To facilitate this review we have enclosed a computer printout of the plan
you last submitted. Please review this plan in its entirety and make any
necessary revisions on the printout. When the review and revisions are
completed, sign the first page of the plan in the appropriate space
certifying that the plan is complete and correct. Return the business
plan, along with any revisions,, to this office within 30 days of receiving
these forms.

Re: Fire Dept Inspection Concerns and Resolves
1. Ammonia system wired to outside source in case of emergency on weekends or holidays.
This issue has been addressed, our in house automatic dialer will notify plant management
Personnel in the event that any of our Manning Ammonia Sensors are activated.
2. The label on the laser gas cyclinder has been put on cylinder and vendor notified will not
except cyclinders that are not marked.
3. Maintenance shop Ere extinguisher has been serviced on 3/9/06.
4. The missing gauge will be installed on 3115106 on the Ammonia Dump Station.
5. Our automatic dialer is already wired for the Ph meter for the wastewater system..
