In Re: Hazardous Materials Business Plan Update
Dear Mr. Huey
Please find enclosed our updated Hazardous Materials Business Plan. It includes the following
changes.
Page 18 Our new Manufacturing Process Manager, Dee Secara, will be responsible for the
Bakersfield facility. Issues must go through Dee Secara for final approval.
The emergency contact will be Production Supervisor David Wright.
Any emergency incidents that occur at the facility will be the emergency contact's
responsibility.
Page 3 8 Supervisors will notify office personnel who will use the paging system to notify
all employees to evacuate the facility. If an Ammonia sensor is activated after
hours,, weekends, or holidays, our in house automatic dialer will start calling
management personnel. Management will react as needed.
Page 51 Names have been changed on Incident Command Update
Page 68A Training Analysis updated
Page 69 Changes Recorded
