Dear Mr. McCan,
Enclosed is a Consent Agreement concerning "Class 11" violations of Sections
25295(a)(1), and 25510 of the California Health and Safety Code for
Wholesale Fuels located in Bakersfield, California.
The agreement stipulates a revised penalty amount of $6,250, payable as
indicated therein, together with an equivalent dollar amount of additional
environmental protections to be afforded the facility, which are to be
described and submitted within 30 days, together with the penalty payment.
