Good morning Howard, as we discussed last week the site improvements for WFI have now been agreed upon
by management however we will need an extension to allow for us to complete the work. Our proposed site
improvements would take place the "green tank area" at the center of the property. The existing containment structure
is to be thoroughly cleaned as well as repair packing glands on all valves and pump shafts. Currently there is a film
covering all piping and associated equipment which can make leak detection a difficult task. We would like to
disassemble all above ground piping associated to the tanks and install new thread sealant and /or Victaulic seals. Clean
and paint tanks /piping as needed for corrosion protection. Our estimated cost for the project is to be $10,400. Our goal
for the facility after these upgrades is to have a clean storage area to aid in the detection of potential leaks as well as
improving current components to make leaks less likely. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or
concerns regarding our proposed plan of action.
