To all parties concerned,
Elite Collision Center, Inc. wishes to inform you that upon routine inspection from the
Bakersfield Fire Department's Prevention Services Division on April 17, 2014, we were found in
violation at our 4241 E. Brundage Lane location pertaining to Hazardous Waste Materials. At
this time, we, Elite Collision Center, have made all necessary corrections in a swift manner to
ensure that we, the facility, are in compliance with all rules and regulations set forth. It is with
regret that we have failed to be compliant early on in this matter. However, with our
acknowledgement of such violations,- we have a new understanding of what is required in order
to not be in violation of any rules and regulations. We, Elite Collision Center, aim to be safe in
all aspects of our profession and will succeed by continuing ongoing training for safety
compliance.
