L Company Policy on Safety
It is the company policy to achieve the greatest practical degree of freedom from accidents
and to ensure that every employee is provided a safe and healthful working condition free
from recognized hazards.
Z Cause q f Accidents
Inattention and thoughtlessness causes most accidents. Safety Rules c& Code of Safe
Practices were discussed.
3. Code of Safe Practices
Employees were asked to identify hazards of their job and safeguards were discussed to
prevent injuries. Codes of Safe Practices were. addressed. It was reinforced that it is
mandatory for all Elite Autobody employees to wear and use all safety equipment
provided.
4. Responsibility for Safety
Discussed that it is the responsibility of Elite Autobody to provide the safest possible
environment for its employees and that it is the responsibility of the employees to be
accountable for their own safety by adhering to the Code of Safe Practices for their job and
by abiding by the safety rules and reguilations of the Company.
5. Review of Injuries
Reviewed prior injuries and close calls for last quarter. Discussed what new procedures
and policies can be implemented to prevent recurrence.

L Who requires that Elite Autobody employees handle and dispose of hazardous waste in the
proper way?

H. Why are Elite Autobody employees not allowed to through hazardous waste in the trash?
Because it can pollute our water, our food, our land, and our ocean. Hazardous
waste that is not disposed of properly can cause serious health effects to humans
and animals. It can even cause birth defects in children.

Finally in case we have a spill, Elite Autobody should have a spill kit set—up. The spill kit should
have a closing lid and be labeled. The spill should be handled in accordance with the Material
Safety Data Sheets and safety training. Oily those who have received "Hazwopper" training
should handle large spills.
V. Responsibility for Safety
Discussed that it is the responsibility of Elute Autobody to provide the safest possible
environment for its employees and that it is the responsibility of the employees to be
accountable for their own safety by adhering to the Code of Safe Practices for their job
and by abiding by the general safety rules and regulations of the Company.
