'r Dece We can all look forward to some good things in 2011, such as: ✓ The Mohawk Street Extension will open to the public. ✓ The Westside Parkway will see significant construction progress. ✓ The Morning Drive/Highway 178 project will progress toward constructi property acquisitions and design work well underway. The final E document will also be complete. ✓ A few other TRIP-related environmental documents will be out for public < 0 24th Street Widening; o Hageman Flyover; o Rosedale Highway; and o State Route 178 Widening. ✓ The soccer fields at the Sports Village will open. ✓ The Mesa Marin soffball complex will open. Honorable Mayor and City Council December 30, 2010 Page 2 ✓ A one-megawatt solar project that is designed to provide clean renewc the newly expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant # 3 will be complete. ✓ The water supply in 2011 will be good as an affermath to the DecembE should see water in the river for a significant portion of the year, recharge, as well as a visual and environmental amenity. While all of the projects listed above are funded from grants, impact fees, or revenue sources, we are hoping that the economy will start to rebound fo� General Fund services.
