Below please find the post repair secondary containment testing results for the above - referenced site. These results are
being sent to you per the requirement of SB 989. Repairs were made pursuant to Bakersfield City Fire Permit #15-
10000205. Post Repair testing performed by Wayne Perry, Inc., in the presence of Inspector Karns, on 4/24/2015 with
components passing. Please see attached report for further details.
