monitoring system control panel by the technician who performs the work. A copy of this form must be provided to the Lank system owner/operator.

E. Comments: I replaced the liquid sensor in the Diesel fill sump from a Ronan to a Veeder-Root 208 liquid sensor.
There was a small mixture of fuel and water in the 87 South STP, i removed the liquid and put it in there Haz-Mat drum
on site. The programing is not per manufacturer's specifications, all sensors are daisy chained together and not
programed correctly. To fix this problem new wire will need to be pulled and programing will need to be changed.
