City Attorney Gennaro announced by a 5 -0
vote, with Councilmember Weir absent and
Councilmember Maxwell abstaining, due to the
appearance of impropriety, the Council
directed the City Attorney to resolve the
Attorney's fees issue with the petitioners.
C. Public Employee Performance Evaluation - City CONTINUED TO THE
