I talked to Rod on 9-29-04 and he said he is responsible for railroad properties. and
That if we will mail or fax notices to him and include a map showing the location he
will make sure they get to the right person to address the problems. Rod said he is
responsible for vacant land and abandoned spurs, and that other employees are
responsible for main lines. Rod said that many spurs and lines are the responsibility
of the subcontractor ,who in our area is San Joaquin Valley Railroad.
Our old contact Jim Larson 1-402-544-8561 is still with the railroad but Rod will
handle these issues now. This includes Union Pacific and Southern Pacific Property.
