ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM TO THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES AND STANDARDS PERTAINING THERETO (2013 CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE, APPENDIX J) AND SHALL BE SUPERVISED AS ENGINEERED GRADING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ORDINANCES 2. ALL GRADING SHALL CONFORM TO THE RECOMMENDA77ONS CONTAINED 1N, AND MADE A PART HEREOF, THE PRELIMINARY SOILS REPORT PREPARED BY SOILS ENGINEERING, INC., FILE NO. 03 -10260 DATED AUGUST 7, 2003, AND ALL ADDENDUMS THERETO. IN CASE OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, THE MORE STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE. J.
