Tract 7240 Phase 1 - Performance Bond # PB00535000079 ($ 1,493,863.00) and
Labor and Material Bond # PB00535000079 ($2,062,559.00).
I am requesting the original bonds for Performance and Labor and Material. The
Bonds were issued by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company. If you have
any questions please contact Michelle Mendenhall at 326 -3582 in the Public
Works Department.
