NOTICE OF COMPLETION

NOTICE IS GIVEN that work was completed on that certain project known as Tract 6250, Phase
18, on December 14, 2015, located west of Jewetta Avenue and north of Stockdale Hi hway, and that the
terms of the Municipal Code have been fulfilled on December 16, 2015 per certl ication letter from
engineer of record, McIntosh & Associates. The undersigned agency does not own any interest in said
property described above; Tract 6250, Phase 15 is a private subdivision.
The Contractor /Developer on said project was Castle & Cooke California Inc. The address of the
undersigned agency is City Hall, 1601 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California 93301.
