No. 77- 538419 -3 ($156,037.80)
First Republic Bank Letter of Credit No. 77- 538419 -3 ($26,006.30)
To Whom It May Concern:
All improvements for the above - referenced Parcel Map have been completed and
a NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK was recorded on December 30,
2014 by the City of Bakersfield. The subdivision has successfully completed its one year
warranty period and /or all corrections have been completed and were accepted on
March 3, 2016. This letter is your authorization to release the Letters of Credit as shown
above.
The original Letters of Credit is being returned back to First Republic Bank along with
a copy of this letter.
