To Whom It May Concern:
All improvements for the above - referenced Tract Map have been completed and a
NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK was filed on December 22, 2015 by
the City of Bakersfield. This letter is your authorization to release the Labor and Material
Bond No. 1136840. Unfortunately the bond has been misplaced and cannot be located
at this time. A copy of the bond is attached for your reference. Should the original bond
turn up we will return it at that time.
