Palm Avenue, Suite 101 Fresno, CA 93711 Re: Landscape Improvement Acceptance Letter for Tract 7239 (Landscape Development, Inc.) The City of Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks have completed its final inspection for Tract 7239 more specifically, the landscape improvements located along the south side of River Run Blvd. and Elkhorn Creek Lane. At this time, the City is prepared to accept maintenance responsibilities of this area. Date of acceptance will be May 9, 2016. In order to complete transfer of utility accounts to the City for billing purposes, please contact all respective utility companies, request meters be read and inform them of the intent of the City to assume billing charges. In turn, the City will contact all utility companies and confirm acceptance of responsibility for accounts as of the date meters are read, a zero balance is achieved, and charges to your company are terminated.
