SUBJECT: Tract 6250 Phase 14 - Improvement Agreement 15 -107
Tract 6250 Phase 14 - Performance Bond # 1097959 ($728,527.00); and Labor and
Material Bond # 1097959 ($364,264.00).
I am requesting the original bonds for Performance and Labor and Material. The
Bonds were issued by Lexon Insurance Company. If you have any questions
please contact Michelle Mendenhall at 326 -3582 in the Public Works
Department.
