Inspection of Isolator Row through Inspection Port
Completed Visual inspection of Isolator Row through inspection port located in center drive aisle closest to Calloway Drive
No standing water was detected
Measurements were taken using a stadia rod yielding 2" of sediment based on the following measurements:
Depth to top of sediment: 7' - 2 1/2"
Depth to chamber floor: 7' - 4 1/2"
Sediment appeared to be clean with no oil or other contaminants detected.
Manufacturer recommends cleanout of system when sediment depth has accumulated to an average depth exceeding 3"
Inspection of Vortech System - Swirl Chamber
Completed visual inspection of swirl chamber through manhole # 1 located closest to the building
Floating Hydrocarbon layer has accumulated but not to appreciable thickness
Measurements were taken using a stadia rod yielding 2" of sediment
Sediment level has accumulated to 36" from dry weather water surface elevation based on the following measurements:
Depth to top of sediment: 8' - 7"
Depth to top of water surface: 5' - 7"
Manufacturer recommends vacuuming system when sediment depth has accumulated to within 12 - 18 inches of dry weather surface elevation

Measurements were taken using a stadia rod yielding 0" of sediment
