Hi There,
Per my conversation with you yesterday:
I talked to Doug and he spoke to Bassam.
We would like to change to permit for 2525 White Lane Chevron from a Minor Modification Permit to Annual Testing
Permit and change the due date from 09/14 to 06/01. 1 believe the cost difference is $25.00. What would be the easiest
way to handle the swap? Let me know and I'll take care of it ASAP.
