Re: Landscape Improvement Acceptance Letter (Landscape Development Inc.)
The City of Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks has completed its final inspection for
Tract 6419 Phase 1, more specifically, the landscape improvements located along the east side of
Calloway Drive, south of Etchart Road. At this time, the City is prepared to accept maintenance
responsibilities of this area. Date of acceptance will be July 19, 2016.
Due to the deferred landscape improvement development between the aforementioned tract, and
the development of Phase 2 of the same tract, which also share the same water and electrical points
of connection, the Developer ( Lennar), as noted in the approved landscape plans, will continue to
assumed all utility billing responsibilities until the landscape improvements for phase 2 has
completed its one year maintenance period and a written final acceptance has been submitted by
the City of Bakersfield's Recreation and Parks Department. Therefore, no utility transfers are
required at this time.
Please contact me at (661) 326 -3268 should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Fidel Gonzalez Jr., Supervisor II
