Tract 6758 Phase 3 - Performance Bond # K09283195 ($2,239,626.00); and Labor
and Material Bond # K09283195 ($1,119,813.00).
I am requesting the original bonds for Performance and Labor and Material. The
Bonds were issued by Westchester Fire Insurance Company. If you have any
questions please contact Michelle Mendenhall at 326 -3582 in the Public Works
Department.
