AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
10.72.030 OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as
follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 10.72.030 of the Bakersfield Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:

10.72.030 Boundaries designated.
The Central Parking Mall shall be comprised of:
B.
C.
D.
E.
19th and 20th Streets
19th and 20th Streets
19th and 20th Street from G to H;
19th Street from L to M;
Eye and K Streets from 18th Street to
from H to Chester Avenue;
from Chester Avenue to L;
21st Street.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with provisions
of the Bakersfield Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty
(30) days from and after the date of its passage.
