Re: Landscape Improvement Acceptance Letter for Tract 6332 -1 (Landscape Development, Inc.)
The City of Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks has completed its final inspection for
Tract 6332 -1 more specifically, the landscape improvements located along the north side of
McCutchen Road and the west side of Mountain Ridge Drive. At this time, the City is prepared to
accept maintenance responsibilities of this area. Date of acceptance will be September 30, 2016.
In order to complete transfer of utility accounts to the City for billing purposes, please contact all
respective utility companies, request meters be read and inform them of the intent of the City to
assume billing charges. In turn, the City will contact all utility companies and confirm acceptance
of responsibility for accounts as of the date meters are read, a zero balance is achieved, and
charges to your company are terminated.
Please contact me at (661) 326 -3268 should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Fidel Gonzalez Jr., Supervisor II
