The Council of the City of Bakersfield, California, met
in Executive Session at 5:15 P.M., on June 23, 1976 in the Caucus
Room of City Hall for the purpose of meeting with Mr. Nicholas
Counter,

There being no further business to come before
Council, upon a motion by Councilman Bleecker,
adjourned at 7:25 P.M.
