General Government
Assistant City Manager Stinson provided an
overview, computer overhead presentation
and distributed written material on
proposed budgets for Mayor, City Council,
City Manager, city Clerk, Human Resources,
Risk Management and Management Information
Services.
Fire
Fire Chief Kelly introduced Fire Staff
Assistant Chief Tobias, Assistant Chief
Fraze, Business Manager Chichester,
Hazardous Materials Coordinator Huey and
Secretary Crawford; and distributed written
material. Overviews and computer overhead
presentations on the proposed Fire
Department budget were provided by: Fire
Chief Kelly on the Administration Division;
Assistant Chief Fraze on Fire Safety
Services Division; and Assistant Chief
Tobias on Fire Suppression Services
Division.
Vice-Mayor Rowles announced a 5-minute
recess at 1:16 p.m. and reconvened the
meeting at 1:21 p.m.

Water Resources
Water Resources Manager Bogart provided an
overview, slide presentation and
distributed written material; and
introduced Water Resources Director Core,
who provided an overview of Agricultural
Water; and Water Superintendent Hauptman,
who provided an overview of Domestic Water.
ACTION TAKEN
Police
Police Chief Brummer provided an overview
of the proposed budget and distributed
written material; and introduced Police
Department staff Community Service
Specialist Taylor, Business Manager Jung
and Assistant Chiefs Horton and Matlock.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by DeMond at 2:25 p.m.
