Re: Landscape Improvement Completion Letter (Landscape Development, Inc.)
Mr. Eittreim:
The City of Bakersfield Department of Recreation and Parks have completed its final inspection of
the landscape improvements for Parcel Map 12100, more specifically, the median islands located
in Buena Vista Road between Campus Park Drive and White Lane. At this time, the City affirms the
aforementioned project is complete and can begin its maintenance responsibilities as stated in the
City of Bakersfield License Agreement # 15 -071, more specifically, Sec. 4.2.4 Maintenance of
Other Public Areas.
