This office has reviewed the 3rd quarter groundwater monitoring report

2011 and at this time we are not in concurrence with the recommendations
to grant a low risk closure. While the amount of total percentage of

As was noted in the previous letter dated October 13, 2010, all reports must
be up-loaded into "GeoTracker", the case number is T10000002582 prior to
any closure being approved.
