To Whom It May Concern:
All improvements for the above - referenced Tract have been completed and a NOTICE OF
COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK was recorded on July 21, 2016 by the City of
Bakersfield. The subdivision has successfully completed its one year warranty period
and /or all corrections have been completed and were accepted July 19, 2016. This letter
is your authorization to release the Labor and Materials Bond as shown above. The original
Labor and Materials Bond is attached.
