RE: Drainage Study for 2630 Mount Vernon Avenue

We have completed review of the revised drainage study for 2630 Mount Vernon Avenue
dated November 28, 2016. As a result of our review, we approve the drainage study with
the following comments.
1. Please add a note to the grading plan "The onsite catch basins and storm drain
system shall be maintained privately and the City of Bakersfield will not assume
responsibility over the maintenance".
