NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Cortmmittae
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the
purpose of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on Friday,
January 20, 2017, at 2:00 P.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall North,
1 sf Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements.
3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Police Officer Nicolas Gospich;
