FOR SAFETY MEMBERS
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Disability Retirement Review Committee
for Safety Members of the City of Bakersfield will hold a special meeting for the
purpose of considering an application for industrial disability retirement on Friday,
January 20, 2017. This is hearing was originally scheduled at 2:00 P.M., but has
been rescheduled to 11:00 A.M., in Conference Room A, located at City Hall
North, 1st Floor, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California. The agenda is as
follows:
1. Roll Call.
2. Public Statements.
3. Closed session to consider the application of industrial
disability retirement of: Police Officer Nicolas Gospich;
(Government Code, Section 54957 (b) ( 1)/54957.6).
4. Closed Session Action
5. Committee Comments.
6. Adjournment.
