being sent to you per the requirement of SB 989. Repairs were made pursuant to Bakersfield Fire Permit 14- 10000419.
Post repair compliance testing was held in the presence of Inspector Gardner on 10/31/14 and 11/7/2014 with passing
results. Please see attached report for further details.
