Dear Mr. Ulmer,
This office has reviewed the Work Plan for the development of the
monitoring wells that were placed back in 2007 by HerSchy
Environmental at 4011 Jewett Avenue, Bakersfield, CA. At that time
our office is in concurrence with the development of those monitoring
wells and sampling plan to determine the extent of contamination to
soil and potential water. Please notify this office 48 hours prior to
performing any work on site.
