CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the soil sampling and laboratory analytical results, trace concentrations of petroleum
hydrocarbons were detected in the aoi|aarnpkea collected from beneath the dispensers and product
piping. Booed upon these laboratory analytical results and the oonnrnencie| use of the property'
~VEIR Cory recommends that the BF[} OE8 categorize of the site as a |ovv heh site and issue a NFA
determination as to the performance of additional assessment or mitigation activities.
