Cash Labor and Materials Bond Refund
The Original Cash Bond from MHP Builders, Inc. (check number mhplc - 00109699) for
$356,724.00 was collected March 3, 2015 - receipt number 69384.
All of the landscape improvements for the above - referenced tract were completed
and a NOTICE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK was approved by the City
and recorded on October 6, 2016.
Please refund to MHP Builders, Inc., the cash Performance Bond amount of $237,816.00.
