Description / Reference
Installation of above - ground storage tank must conform to the 2007 California
Fire Code section 3404.
Installation of the platform and stairs accessing the above - ground storage tank
must conform to the 2007 California Building Code section 410.
Location of above - ground storage tank and tank protection devices must be
identified and detailed on the plan.
Provide documentation for overfill protection including audible notification 2007
California Fire Code section 3404.
Provide detail of spill protection for dispensing device.
Provide this office a Spill Prevention Control and Counter Measures (SPCC) for
this above - ground storage tank.
The above referenced items shall be corrected before plan review can resume.
